My Goals:
Regain my health.
Control my diabetes through diet and exercise instead of taking meds.
Regain my strength and energy that I had before getting cancer.
Drop 65 pounds and keep my weight about there.

My Program:
 Eat lower carb.
Learn wheat free recipes and cook from scratch.
Do some kind of exercise every day.
Learn better ways to fix vegetables.

My name is Darlene and I am from Colorado.

 I love animals and have a Quarter Horse mare, an Australian Cattle Dog and a cat. I have had ACDs since 1980 and horses since 1967. I also enjoy art, photography and crafts.
