HELLO-
TODAY MY JOURNEY BEGINS TO GO FROM FAT2HEALTHY. I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 305 LBS. I HAVE ALREADY LOST OVER 100 LBS, BUT CONTINUE MY JOURNEY. I FEEL TIRED, HAVE ACHING JOINTS AND STILL LITTLE STAMINA ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALREADY LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT. I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS WEIGHT LOSS BY 10 LB. INCREMENTS AND REWARD MYSELF WITH EITHER JEWELRY OR NEW CLOTHES. I WANT TO FEEL BETTER AND GET MORE MOBILE.

My Goals:
* INCREASE MY STAMINA BY WALKING FURTHER EACH WEEK BY AT LEAST 10 MINUTES
* DROP SIZE OF CLOTHES TO 24/26 BY NEXT SUMMER
* FEEL FIT BY INCREASING DISTANCE I AM WALKING.
* GO SCUBA DIVING CLASS BY NEXT SUMMER
* IMPROVE OUTLOOK BY HAVING MORE POSITIVE OUTLOOK


My Program:
* EAT FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES
* DRINK WATER INSTEAD OF COKES
* STOP EATING FAST FOODS, PREPARE FOOD AT HOME MORE OFTEN
* TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME



Personal Information:
MY NAME IS MARCIA & I LIVE IN CONROE, TEXAS. I AM CURRENTLY ON DISABILITY DUE TO HEALTH COMPLICATIONS. I HAVE BEEN OVERWEIGHT MY ENTIRE LIFE AND HAVE CONSTANTLY BEEN ON DIETS WITHOUT SUCCESS. I USUALLY GAIN AND LOOSE YO-YO AND AM CURRENTLY MENTALLY DETERMINED TO GO ALL THE WAY NOW.


Other Information:
I LOVE TO READ AND PLAY FACEBOOK GAMES. I LOVE TO TRAVEL BUT MY WEIGHT HAS SLOWED ME DOWN.
