You CAN do it! Kick those bad habits aside!
Just identifying your weak areas will help you change your habits. I am a BIG TIME snacker, so I have a cooler that I take to work with me. I only eat out of my cooler, and have additional healthy snacks in one of my desk drawers. Since I pack the night before, and try to plan my meals for a whole week, it really helps me stay on track.
