It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Stop by my sparkpage and click on the X-Weighted 10 Challenge....Dwindling_Divas team. Join, look it over and add your name to the sign-up thread. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional.

Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go.
The Challenge runs for 8 weeks. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges.

Thanks for the welcome back! I was a regular Sparker back in 2011 and 2012, give or take, but was spending too much time on here getting points, chatting, posting to team boards, etc., but I like the relatively easy way of tracking my food and exercise. I don't know how much I'll get involved with boards and accumulating points because a lot of time, but I expect I'll rejoin a couple of boards. -- Marla 1474 days ago
