    Hi! I wanted to stop by to say hello today, and ask how you are doing. Somehow, I have mostly avoided binging. I hope you are doing well. But if not, well everybody has setbacks...I have been binging for years. It's not easy to stop especially when you are alone, and nobody is watching!! I have been eating more sugary junk foods this last week though, than I need to so i have that to work on. I am going to work on it. I have had so much ice cream, some marshmallows, candy ( a little ) but it all adds up day after day...

    Just wanted to stop by and encourage you after seeing your post in the binging team about having trouble lately.
    I know it can be so hard, but you being honest with yourself is a very important step! I have binged less and less, the more honest I look at what I am doing and eating. Tracking your food in the Nutrition page can help a lot. It forces you to be honest. I have the tendency to want to say I ate more or less of something and I have to force myself to put Exactly how much of what I ate.
    Mindless eating or desperately trying to fill a void with food, especially junk food will go on and on unless YOU stop it. You are in control girl!! Just take a step back and look at what you are about to eat, before you do it.
    I know it brings on horrible guilt. I hate that feeling and feel like I deserve to barf it up, but I don't.. I won't say I won't ever binge again, because I know that it's my weakness.
    Having the emotional support you need is so important, and when you don't get it, it's so hard, but you have to do healthy things for YOU my dear...You are worth taking care of even if you are the only one taking care of yourself.
    So, i know i'm like writing a novel here, but I have so much to say about the subject.

    Hi beautiful. I just had to stop by. It seems we both have wonderful hubbies who sometimes need a kick in the pants when it comes to our emotional needs huh. : )
