I'm 41 and a mother of 2 boys. Teenager and tween. The light, love and insanity of my life. I've decided that since I want to see possible grand children and even great great grand children I need to be healthy. Not just healthy but able to play with them and keep up.
I want to travel the US and the world. I can do it now but it's not as fun as it could be. Next summer our family is going to Austria. I don't want to be the wet blanket putting the fire out. I want to be the spark to keep ...

I am now 42 and we did not go to Austria.
*Update*
Still 42 and still working on the weight of course. Goal is 20lbs down by 4-1-19.
Feeling happy and making PLANS. Basically, do at least one crazy thing(for me) a year. So far, this year plans include 4 5ks and a 10k. I want the medals! Got to get this walking thing down cuz I'm going to the UK and Ireland for a month for my 45th bday.

Complete four 5ks from September to December this year 2019. Also, attempt a 10k in December. Loose 20lbs between now May and January.
My Program:
I don't follow a specific program. Basically, less bready and high fat type stuff and more freggies. Exercise more.
