Life is so short. Each day we spend so much time being concerned about things that really do not matter. I am going to take the time to appreciate me and to focus on the little things that makes life wonderful.

I will take one day at a time because each day is important and with it brings a time to make it an extraordinary day. I will make each day a good day. I will make good choices and decisions.

My Goals:
As of today, June 24, 2018, I will keep my mind focused on taking back my temple. The Lord gave it to me. I am His and He is mine. I will honor Him with my body.


UPDATE January 2018
-track my food faithfully
-exercise daily with intentional exercise
-get 6 hours of sleep each night

UPDATE September 2017
I will lose 2 lbs for my personal monthly challenge by October, 2017
I will track my food daily eating in the calorie range of 1200-1500 calories
I will do 20 minutes of exercise daily for upper, core, lower, and/or whole body
I will drink 6-8 glasses of water daily


UPDATE June 2017

I will lose 9 lbs for the summer challenge
I will track my food daily eating in the calorie range of 1200-1500 calories
I will do 20 minutes of exercise daily for upper, core, lower, and/or whole body
I will drink 6-8 glasses of water daily

My Program:
My program as of today June 24, 2018 is to follow a low sodium eating plan. To exercise at least 3 times a week. To rest at least 6 hours each night. To drink 100 of water daily.


UPDATE January 2018
-1100 calories each day
-drink 8 glasses of water daily
-reduce sodium intake

UPDATE September 2017

I will exercise 20 minutes every day. If I can do more I will. My exercise plan will include stretching, strengthening, and cardio.

I will use a customized eating plan made for my particular body needs. Low in calories and sodium.

UPDATE June 2017

Personal Information:
I am retired. I have been married for 43 years to the love of my life as of December 28, 2017. We have two grown daughters and one son who is with the Lord. One daughter is married and has a son, who is our bouncy grandson. Her husband is a wonderful son-in-law. Our youngest daughter is not married yet. She is our career driven child :).
