Hi! I'm Nyssa, a 46-year old who is looking to lose the rest of my total 95-105 pounds and make a few weight loss friends along the way. I've been up and down the weight loss roller coaster for soooo many years that I can't keep track. I made it to "Onederland" for a short while but I went back up to about 212 lbs. I've been hovering around 202 lbs (give or take a few pounds) for about 3 months now. It's so very hard to keep it off. BUT...I'm feeling motivated again and I'm getting back up and dusting myself off. There will always be roadblocks in life. I'm moving forward again. I'm back to really watching what I eat, cooking more, and I am going back to the gym. I have big plans for next year including to STAY in "Onederland" again!!!

My Goals:
MAIN GOAL: Lose about 90-100 lbs and keep it off so I can be healthier and more confident.

- Lose my first 10 lbs --- 11/13/14
- Lose 25 lbs --- 6/24/15
- Lose 50 lbs --- 1/11/16
- Make it to "Onederland" --- 2/27/16 (the first time)
- Lose 75 lbs
- Make it to Goal Weight

My Program:
Walking and/or going to the gym or home workout at least 3-4 times per week and being much more active on the weekends when I have more time. Trying to watch what I eat but not depriving myself of little treats. Making better choices and not eating out as much.

Personal Information:
I am originally from a small town in North Carolina. I lived in the Metro Atlanta, GA area for about 14.5 years but moved in January 2015 to Charleston, SC! I absolutely love exploring our beautiful city and the Lowcountry!
