Introduction Text I'm here to finally win this battle I've been waging for many a year now. I've tried every diet there is , but alas I am an emotional eater. I look forward to having a sense of control again. I have always had a very difficult time losing weight. I lose 5 pounds and that's it. I plan to change all that. If one thing doesn't work I'll try something else. I've had every test and I'm perfectly fine. So now it's entirely up to me. NO EXCUSES. My main strategy right now is to track everything I eat and think only positive thoughts about myself. I WILL I CAN

My main goal is to- simply put- not give up. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. Looking halfway decent in a swimsuit would be nice as well. My 1st # goal is to lose 10lbs by June 12th. I have 2 months ans since I lose very slowly I will have to work extra hard. Another goal I have is to stop my negative self-talk.

I was doing low carb but it wasn't really working for me although I feel much better and I lost that puffy look. So now I'm doing lower carb and keeping tack of calorie intake. My goal is to get at least 3 days w/ 40 min cardio and 2 days stength training.
