Welcome to Teachers with Attitude. I read your blog and left a note, then came here to see your page. It is possible to meet your goal ! You mentioned an exercise program - I've lost a good deal of weight - mostly by walking - I began in the summer 10 - 15 minutes a day - now I walk 2 miles on the weekends - I prefer early morning. During the week I ride an exercise bike, I'm still making payments on for 20 - 35 minutes, depending upon what time I get my butt out of bed. I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and keep within limits that spark people set. Spread out your eating too. As I have told my students (and principal as well) think of your body like a campfire. You have to keep putting fuel on the fire to keep it going, to much smothers it and too little lets it go out.
