    Remember to focus on all three aspects that will bring us SUCCESS: Mind, Mouth, and Muscle!

    MIND: "What a (wo)man THINKS, so is (s)he!"

    Remove all that "Stinkin' Thinkin'", and "slap another tape in!

    "THINK ON THESE THINGS: Whatsoever is TRUE, .... HONEST, ... JUST, ... PURE, ... LOVELY, ... of GOOD REPORT, ... VIRTUE.... PRAISE!"

    MOUTH: Focus on eating 5 or 6 small meals day, or 3 small meals and 2 small snacks; each containing a protein source, which BUILDS MUSCLE, and a "complex carb".

    "Garbage IN, Garbage OUT!"
    "Smart food choices vs. JUNK FOOD!"

    MUSCLE: "You've got to MOVE your MUSCLES in order to BUILD your muscles!"

    We can do this!
