Introduction Text Hi. my name is Francine and I need to lose some weight and eat healthy foods all the time as I am a diabetic and also a asthmatic. I never had a weight problem growing up( I was very thin then). It was difficult to accept all the weight that has been piling on this frame of mine. So I'm taking this journey to lose weight and get healthy. I'm 64 years young, would like to look better, I know I can do this, if it takes longer than I want---so be it, will hang in there.I like the saying, age is just a number. I will try to remember that its what you do for your body that keeps one younger regardless of your age.

Work out at the gym--2 or 3 times a week doing both cardio and strength exercise Do exercise at home Use the nutrition and fitness trackers

My hobbies are sewing, knitting, crafting, reading and spending time on spark people( I lose time real quickly while sparking) Love outdoors during spring, summer and early fall, however, I'm not fond of the winter months
