This is not my first time joining Sparks. I have been in the process of creating a new me and decided this is one of the steps I need to take. I just moved into town after being in the county for 10 years and I have two daughters one is 24 and the youngest is 18. I'm married but going through a rough time right now. But I will con-core and over come.

To lose 25 more LBS. And keep the weight off I already lost. To be more active and enjoy life more.

Just watching my calorie intake, eating healthy and staying busy
