I am back and better than ever
I am so happy to be back on track. I have had many ups and downs over the years with my weight loss- I know why I dont succeed but struggle with the feelings of selfishness when I put myself first. I am healthy so far and want to keep it that way so here I am again. I have over 80 pounds that I want to lose and know that I can do it if I stick to what I know works. I realized that failure is only the lack of picking yourself up and to fail to keep on trying when things dont go as planned. ...

Treadmill- working on th e 10k training
Tae bo- what a butt kicking workout- takes off inches...

Walking with my husband around the beach everyday...
