Live a happier life


I need a new picture. I've lost more than 45 pounds and changed my hair color. I recently moved from California to Indiana because my husband and our son wanted us here. Jason is going to help Howie, my husband, and the other way around. Got Jason to go to doctor and start on a diet. He's diabetic (we are too). And my husband can't handle money but Jason has said he'd help him. Howie acts just like a manic all the time and he's the normal one.

My Effexor ER (for bipolar) was causing me to gain weight. I now take Pristiq which has the side effect of appetite suppressant. This along with lapband cuts my ability to eat food enough that I must count units of protein and take supplements. But the weight is going and I still eat an occasional treat.

To be able to run, tie my shoes, cross my legs and just be happy.

 Lap band, 8 cups or more of water, exercise, visiting my friends on my spark teams.

    Thank u for adding me as a leader on our team! I will not let u down and will do my best to "beef" up our team and try to get more input from our members. We have alot of members when u look at the numbers but not too many ACTIVE members..Let's see what we can do about that..I know between the 3 of us, we can manage a great Spark Team!
