I could be anyone. I could be your friend or relative or neighbor. I could be the sideshow freak you saw at the circus last year. The fact is, I'm the fat lady you can't help but look at and wonder, "how did she let herself get that way?" It doesn't matter who I really am or where in the United States I really live. It is enough that I exist and I am trying to do something about my sideshow freak status...

My Goals:
My goal is to earn myself a healthy new body that will match the active one I have in my mind. I will do this just 10 pounds at a time.
Current goal: Reach 380.0
My Program:
My plan is to eat healthy, cut out junk food and get in at least 10 minutes of real physical activity a day.
I know my tracker is set for a 100 pound loss. I am not focusing on that, though. Instead, I am focusing on 10 pounds at a time. For example, When I hit 380.0, my next goal becomes reaching 370.0 and so on. This makes it feel like I am really accomplishing something. And we all know that staying positive is the key.
