Fitness Minutes: 90

My Goals:
My goals is to lose 1 pound a week. I would like to drink at least six glasses of water a day and walk at least 30 minutes.

My Program:
 I will focus on drinking water and eating more fruits and vegetables. I want to eat everything in moderation.


Personal Information:
I am born and raised in Providence, RI. I am a registered nurse. Mother of twins. Avid reader and excellent cook. I love to travel.

Other Information:
 I try everyday to live life to its fullest.
