    Hello! I saw your post in the buddy thread and I thought I would stop by with some encouragement!

    Stick with it and make it a habit! Keep going for at least 30 days straight and take it from there as a new lifestyle change! You can do it!

    Keep checking into spark EVERY DAY! Lots of encouragement on here and great people who want the same as you...to get healthy by losing weight!

    Find a weekly weigh in day that works for you and check in with your buddies on that day...even if you gain weight...still check in!!!

    Eat tons of veggies every day! Chop them up once or twice a week so they are handy to grab and snack on!

    You can do it!!!
