Sparkin it up!


I am not new to spark people (originally Jan 2011), but new-ish because I am back from nowhereland where I have gained about 25 lbs!

Very discouraging to gain back so much weight, but I intend to get back on track, and do the things I did before which helped me lose 20 lbs, includind actively participating in SparkPeople!

I just cant push myself to buy "yet another size up". Nor can I really breathe in my size 18 jeans! I just gotta get moving & get losing!

My Goals:
Lose 2.5 lbs by February 25

My Program:
 Following a 1300 cal/day plan, increase protein and fibre and drinking 90 oz water/day.

Using my pedometer daily, and increasing my activity & exercise




Personal Information:
I am a working mother of 4, married 13 years next February.



Other Information:
