My Goals:
Get in shape and get healthier.
My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Cut back on the coffee - especially with creamer and sugar
Watch more carefully what I eat - and actually track it!!!!
Incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I don't think it unreasonable to get 4-5 days a week in for exercise.
