Had lost about 40 lbs in the picture but I gained it back. I will get back here to and keep on past this size.

My round of the challenge ended on the 4th of April. I was in the top five biggest losers for my team. I am so excited about this. I lost a total of 12.4 during the 12 wk challenge. This is big. I stopped eating fast food and for lent I did not eat out or sweets at all. I rode my bike 26 miles for a charity ride and I worked out every day but 1 every week. Sometimes I worked out on my off day. Something light. I am now getting ready for the next round in our challenge. My team the Amber Amazon Warriors is very good. They make sure you show up which is what I need. I'm pressing for the 1st of January 2013. This is when I plan to look back and say YES I've finally made it to my goal. ttyl

Today is the start of the new challenge I joined. Go team Amber Amazon Warriors. I feel happy, strong and determined to finish the 12 weeks stronger and smaller. "If it is to be it is up to me." With Gods help of course.

Seems like I missed out on an entire year. I was working out last year and trying to make it happen but I don't know. At least I'm not all the way back in the 270's. I started the year at 265. I'm now in a new 12 week challenge and I'm going to do everything I can to kick butt. I found out a secret the other day. God specializes in the impossible. YES!!!! I have help I just have to tap into his power so I can finally get to my goal and stop messing around with this. Thank you Lord for all of your help. I truly need it.

12/23/2009 - Start Anew revive me Lord
- Getting ready for the new year. I stopped my journey this year. My Mom passed and that threw me off for a long time. I kept trying to get back on the horse but I had a hard time. So know I am preparing to start fresh. I have been collecting recipes and cooking more. I'm also getting ready to get back in to my exercise. I will, I must get it down this new year.

Hi I'm Joyce. I have been trying to loss weight almost all of my life. I was that overweight kid in school who grew up to be the obese adult. I looked back at my pictures as a child and if I had just stayed that size it would have been fine. Everyone seemed to catch up to me and I just kept going. I like most of you have tried just about every diet out there. It just keeps coming down to the same lesson. Cook my meal, work out and the weight lost will come. Simple right well not really. I am an emotional eater so this is a big problem for me. Yet I will keep trying. Sometimes I think I'm afraid of the success I would have after the weight loss and wonder if this is why I always sabotage myself. hmmm. Yet I will keep trying.
Now putting my weight out front on page hoping it helps me to move forward. When I get back to 256.00 I will start using the weight tracker and my page but for now this is good.

03/29/09 - 264.0 yes slow and steady.
