    Thank you for commenting on my blog! I will definitely have to really get into researching cholesterol. I feel so lost with them......but I'm glad to hear that you can still eat cholesterol.     Hi Brian! Thanks for commenting and advising re carb intake on my blog yesterday. I'm also insulin resistant and metabolic, so I'm thinking that I really do need to adjust my carbs down a bit. More veggies, less fruits definitely! (darn sweet tooth lol). I'll work on baby steps of reduction for now (75 - 100 carbs/day) and gradually try and get down to that 50 carb/day limit. Again, thanks for your support!
