I am the wife to an amazing man and a mom to a brilliant one year old little boy. I am on a quest to make some dramatic changes in my life regarding my eating and exercise habits. They have gone downhill over the past 3 years--since I got married and moved to a very small town. I have to say that I am loving life but I have been struggling to lose the same 20-30 pounds for over a year. I am very busy, but there are times when I get lazy and just decide to give up. I have tried so many different things: Weight Watchers, 30 Day Shred, Skinny Bitch, diet pills, 30 Day Shred…but I just haven't been able to stick with it…..I am desperate to lose weight. I need encouragement and tools to help me with this and to keep me going… I am starting here. I can do this!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20 pounds and to get in the best shape of my life.

I want to be happy and healthy.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES especially for exercise! Instead of thinking of reasons why I can't, think of how I CAN.

Someone who wants something will find a way someone who doesn't will find an excuse.

My Program:
I am going to follow the Weight Watchers online plan and track all of my food thru the Weight Watchers sight.

I will make exercise a top priority.

30 Day Shred Video, Walking outside and going to the gym on the days that I can.

AND drink LOTS of water!

I am giving up ranch dressing and french fries. Forever.

**My goal is to lose 8-10 pounds by Dec. 29th. That's 2 pounds a week.**

1. I am going to drink, drink, drink loads of water every day.
2. I will be eating absolutely NO french fries, ranch dressing, cheez its or other weakness foods…AT ALL.
3. I will not be splurging on the weekends.
4. I will start going to the gym each night at 7pm to get in a workout after my husby gets home from work to watch our little guy.
5. I will ALSO be doing the 30 Day Shred DVD everyday or my walking DVD during the day.
6. I will not eat ANY sweets or desserts (even on Christmas Eve).
7. I am going to keep my caloric intake

Personal Information:
I live in a very small town and I am a stay at home mom to a one year old. My life is VERY different than it was 3 years ago, and it has been hard for me to adjust and VERY hard to lose weight and keep it off.

Other Information:
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

If you eat what you've always eaten then you will weigh what you've always weighed.

Don't wish for it, WORK FOR IT!

Don't exchange what you want MOST for what you want at the moment.
