Hi,
I am so determined to reach my goals. I do not quite understand why determination isn't enough to accomplish and conquer where I would like to be! I do great one day then fail miserably the next. I'm sure that is the story of most people weight loss journey's. It is sad, but true.

I am currently a size 14(205.4) Christmas 09" and would like to be a size 5/6(160) by May 2010! This would be a huge gift to myself and my husband. He is such a great guy and would really like him to enjoy his wife and her looks(even though I know he adores me for who I am now)!
It's all funny how I became serious about losing my weight. Some friends and I started our own biggest loser challenge where the winner will win a cash prize and bragging rights of the "biggest loser" ; however, for me it really became personal. I didn't want my weight lost to be just a game but a change in my daily lifestyle "FOREVER". I am not looking for a fad diet or to become a yo-yo dieter! I'm looking for real change!!!

I'm a 25 year old happily married wife and stay at home mother of two boys, 3 and 2 years old. I would like to have more children, but I need to get my weight under control first. I want to be more healthy this time around! I am looking to lose about 65 pounds! I know that losing this weight will help me in so many ways. I feel like since I gain 70 lbs I am not myself anymore. I want to become that funny silly person I once was. I used to have so much energy that is not the case anymore! I would love to learn about healthier eating habits which is my down fall. I hope I can find new ways to accomplish my goals and find encouragement from others! Leave a post of encouragement please. I need all the help I can get!!!!!

Ok, so instead of updating the above story of my life. I have decided to keep it, as an reminder that I have been on this weight loss journey for some time now. I want it to remind me that had I stayed on the right track, I could have already reached my goal over these last couple of years! ;/

Well, here I am 28 with 3 kiddos now and heavier then EVER before. I recently had my first baby girl 10 weeks ago, so I have added a little more to weight to my loosing goal. I know I can do this! My kids are my inspiration. I don't want my daughter to see me struggle with this battle, but concur it as we all live healthy lives. Soooo, here is my NEW goal list. Putting this weight behind me once and for all!!!

My Program:
1.working out 5x a week for 90 minutes.
2. Eating only fruit, oatmeal, egg whites, salad, brown rice, turkey meat, Chicken and fish. And only
popcorn,yogurt, nuts and raisins as snacks!
3.Stick to my low cal/high fiber intake. 1200-1670
4.Do strength training at least 3x weekly.
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
6.Not eating after 7:00pm.
7. Pray through the cravings when I feel like giving up.
