I hit 280 last year, couldn't get a ride to close. Lost 65 pounds, gained 25 pounds. Lost 5 pounds and I am now down 45 pounds. That is the quick version. I mainly use my fitbit to track but pop on here occasionally to motivate me and find our how everyone is doing. 2205 days ago

So anyways I had some more family drama, and as soon as I hung the phone I ate icecream and I FELT better and with all the stress I didn't stop. I gave up responsibility and used food to numb me. And the weight is flying back on and I don't wantt o give up on me. So Ia m struggling back.
