I know I am not alone. But this journey is no ones but mine. I am responsible for everything that goes right and every decision that I make. Today I am deciding to do something good for my body. Success is a matter of a few simple disciplines, practiced every day. My Goals:
Fit by 40:
- Reduce BF to heathy percent range
- jog regularly 3x week
- workout muscles 2x week
- no evening snacks! Drink Tea instead.
My Program:
3 points!
Calories: 1200-1550 Honest calories per day in five meals
carbs taper off after 3rd meal
Exercise: Cardio 5x week; weight training 3x week
Water: Minimum 1.5 L
