Introduction Text I have felt for sometime that I have been too disorganized in my life which is really doing a number on my overall happiness. This year I am making it my goal to cut out the chaos, de-clutter my life and get some sense of order back. I am reading Chalene Johnson's book Push: 30 days to Turbocharged Habits, a Bangin' Body, and the Life You Deserve. Hoping it will help me reach my goals since I already like her workout videos. I can do it and so can you!

I will be more active and I'm planning ahead for meals, working at sleeping more and adding more fluids to my day. Ive got my pedometer on and Im adding up those steps!

Drink at least 8 glasses a day. Get to sleep at 10:30 so plan ahead and take my bath earlier. Be active at least 30 minutes a day. Be more aware of what I'm eating.

I'm a single 45 year old native Arizonan. I love living in Tucson and enjoy working for the UofA. My only kids are the furry and feathered kind who give me unconditional love...who could ask for more.

I enjoy reading mysteries and watching CSI/NCIS shows and the Biggest Loser...its the best inspiration to get on my bike and burn some calories. I like going to the movies with friends or watching them at home - action to comedies, I like them all. I love to bake, bicycle and learn new things.
