Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog, "What Does It Take?" Here's another one for you (for all of us cerebral thinkers): "Don't plan....do". My mother use to say that. Sometimes I think we overthink what we are trying to accomplish. Just dive in, and take it one day at a time. They say it takes about four weeks for a new habit to take hold, so be patient. And most of all, be kind to yourself.
