I did reach my one weight goal on Sept 1, 2007..10% of my weight

I started my new way of living on 9/19/19.. NO more cookies and candy....Have done very well now for 17 months and have lost 16 lbs

My Goals:
I am looking at this weight loss differently now..

Just trying for a few lbs each month at a steady pace..

My Program:
 I am walking at least two miles a day with my husband of 61 years. We have filled up a whole jar of coins that we have found on our morning walks. We found $78.43 in two years.


Personal Information:
My husband & I have lived in WI for 61 years. We both were born in Marquette, Mi. We have 4 children (three daughters and one son).


Other Information:
 I BELIEVE YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT - THEN PLAN WHATEVER IT TAKES
