My Greatest Blessings call me Grandma.


Welcome to my Spark Page. Trying to find ways to motivate myself and others to lead heathly lifestyles. I am a grandma to two wonderful grandson's. Now that we are retired I want to get healthy so that I can enjoy watching them grow up.

Maybe I'll learn self-love fully in this lifetime, maybe I won't. But I have learned three things: to commit to loving myself no matter what, to take care of myself when I am hurting, and, most importantly, to be grateful for my life-lessons and ...
