    Oh - I hope this still counts as Saturday since technically it's Sunday but I just got home and I'm still up! Thanks for stopping by my SparkPage! I had an interesting day. Wish I had planned a bit more - who ever thought that chickpeas had 300 calories for a cup and a half worth! Anyways, I'm glad that tomorrow is a new day. At least I got all my water in. I hope you had a better day than I did.

    I know what you mean about the Oilers. My team, the Leafs, aren't any better. At least we can all agree that Team Canada is awesome! They're another hot and successful red team just like ours! Go Red Team!

Are you Canadian - I am - live in Ontario. I had a good day today - ate within my calorie range - did a one hour Zumba class - drank all my water. Keep up the energy!     Hmm. . . tracking is super important, though rather annoying at times. I found it really useful because it taught me what a portion should be and which foods that I thought were healthy were not. I guess my advice would be to read the SP emails everyday (I've learned sooo much!), slowly increase your healthy eating and fitness goals, and know that plateaus and setbacks happen and are totally okay. When I started, I did just diet for the first 10-15lbs and then slowly added in exercise, doing either yoga, step, or the quick exercises on SP. Now I run, walk, boxercise, spin, and turbo jam. I've had two big plateaus at 165 and 160 (my body just did not want to let go of the 160's!!) and gained back weight at Christmas and Feb break, but I just got back on the wagon. I guess what I'm trying to say is that its a long haul with ups and downs, but if you just stay consistent and keep tracking your exercise and food will get there!
