Introduction Text Hi, I'm a wife and mother of three great kids. I'm tired of being overweight and having no energy. I want to live a healthier life and be able to enjoy living. I hope to make friends and be able to encourage others on in this process.

Get some type of physical exercise each day. Eat healthier food. Keep a journal of my progress, goals, thoughts, etc.

Schedule time and type of exercise for each day. Make and keep a menu. Schedule time to write in a journal each day.

I'm from Bakersfield, CA. My husband is a minister and I own my own business. I have three great kids. My oldest is a girl who is getting ready to go off to college this Fall. My oldest son is a freshman in high school and my youngest son is in the 6th grade. My family is the most important thing in my life after my relationship with God.

I enjoy photography, scrapbooking and quilting. I like to watch Biggest Loser and crime shows. I love horses and hope one day to actually own one. That has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I'd love for that dream to come true.
