    Thanks' for adding me as a friend, I added you back.
    I read where you said you have tried other diets before. join the club, I believe all of us have tried dozens of diets over the years. The problem with diets is they end, then what?
    When I realized I had to permanently adjust my outlook on food and how much I consumed and what kind, only then would I lose weight and keep it off.
    Even after I lost 200 lbs, I spent months trying to find the right amount of calories, the right amount of exercise I needed to maintain.
    I now find myself in a happy place. But I think of what I have to do, I plan every day to
    stay in this healthy place.
    I figure I am 75, I don't have time to fool around, it's now, there might not e too many tomorrows if I mess up.
    So I wish you the best in your endeavor to reach your happy place.
    There are countless sites here on Spark to get support and info.

    All, thanks very much for the comments ! I feel very welcome ! I know that there are so many other thinks you have to think of, but the diet also helps me avoiding junkfood etc. It won't work for everybody, but you guys should definitely give it a try ! I got it from the website manualdiet. They share a lot of free info too ! Keep on going everyone !! Have a nice day
