Hi! Thanks for your comment, your dogs are so cute! My family have three dogs, one called mutley who looks a little bit like Barney. The dogs are an added incentive to go out for a brisk walk every day, and it helps them to keep fit too :)

Hi and welcome. Love the dogs. There are quite a few Brits on here and we help each other out. I am forward 2 steps back 1 at moment but getting most of it right. Nice supportive people of various ages on the UK site so help and points of view there to help and encourage you.

    Hi there Catherine.
How you doin? Thank you so much for the lovely comments you made on & about my page. I've often thought maybe I over did my personal info but I have so many people say they loved reading it & found it encouraging that I figure, what the hell! if it's theraputic (which it is) then it stays. I think you are being very patient with yourself in working towards next summer to achieve your goal. This is something that can't be rushed & it takes time to adjust to this new lifestyle. Stick with it Catherine, you'll be pleased you did. Accept that some days will be great & some not so then you'll be ready for the periods of wondering what the hell you're doing. Praise yourself for every step taken to apply what you're learning (no matter how small) & you will surely succeed, Criticise yourself & you'll be sure to fail. Keep holding on. Good luck in all you want for your future. Take care & BE HAPPY.
