Hi I'm Kitty. I am an ex nutritionist, now momma, My 2 year old lil girl loves eating and engineering in that order. I found God recently and he has gifted me deliverance of the eating disorder that was sabotaging my goals. so I am now GOING FOR IT, I've spent my entire adult life overweight, and, I really wanna dance and do adventure sports with my young family- let's CRUSH IT!     Ok before I write and forget ............ Go to community on your homepage ......... Lay mouse over the community until the drop down appears ......... abt 2/3 down you will see Success secrets (or close) ......... Open it up and you will see all those categories. I just posted on you I liked about tracking one day in advance ............. I liked her idea. I love good ideas/ so this is a cool place to go .................
    re: the Ibuprofen ....... you are so right .......... I actually seldom take the stuff ......... why cause your liver to work so hard ........ And the thighs are much better today so I will gradually ease into the KB .......
    It is 11:16 a.m now and my lunch break ......... i open the clinic @ 5:40 a.m. and did NOT want to get up this morn ....... but managed. No work out though ............ Neighbors kept us awake past 2 nights w/ fireworks! .........
    One more ........... Yes, I will send yu my recipe (s) for green drink and or smoothie .............. Can yu drink soy milk (non-dairy) ........ as this is wht I use ........ I am more vegetarian vs. vegan. Ok ............... will give this later today or this eve. when I come home ............... there is lots of variety..... as you see fit ...........

    the great thing about a border collie is that not only do you get the best and smartest canine friend you can imagine, but you also get a great fitness partner - borders need LOTS of exercise, so with pelle around we are out every single day, several times, making sure that he gets *his* exercise, which means that we get ours, too!

    For starters ....... am glad yu added me as a friend~Likewise on my end and happy .... we can write across the world. New Zealand? Wow! It is 6:09 pm here so I wonder what time it is there........ oh well.......... Yu see I am sending a fruit smoothie now ....... (I make them and green drinks often) .... Wish I could erase that KB! (that killer!)
    You are right ....... I think this time the devil may have put one over on me! (: ........... I used it FOUR days ago and my quads are even MORE sore now than the next day! What's up w/ that! ....... (My hubby said, "Maybe you should have done waaaaay less reps than yu did!! Oh btw: It IS pink and grey! ..... It is sitting on a bookcase, looking so innocent! ....... I think I had better down some Ibuprofen! (have to return to work tomorrow bright 'n early after a 5 day mini vacay! .........
    Well ........ how are you liking the Vegan/ Veget'ian team? ....... I saw some funny stuff in there .......... Yu had a good idea .......... It is a good idea to use this healing time to 'bone up' so to speak on the nutrition aspect and find all that SP has to offer .......... (lots) .......... I am glad yu are letting your pelvis rest so it can heal ......... the exercise will come ......... but this is most important ..........
    Here's an idea too ............. I don't know if you have spent much time here ...... but last noc I went into secrets of success .... (dropdown from community as I recall) .......... there are oodles of secrets posted in every category thinkable ....... and I read a lot of good ones and commented ....... Plus you can make an entry. I am going in there again when I get more time as well ........... (Sometimes I find 'nobody home' in the teams) but there is always tons in the secrets that is really interesting ........... Ok enough ............ rambling on and on .......... Maybe I will or should apply some ice to my poor thighs as I will be running in the morning (Up by 3:30 a.m.) ......... Ugh! ................
