Introduction Text Not much to tell.  I am disabled right now.  Don't plan to stay that way.  I have been married to 20 years and have no children but 2 very spoiled Nieces and 2 even more spoiled cats.  One of my cats is deaf,  his name is Frasier and then there is Nasty Niles who's name explains it all. CALORIE COUNTERS PRAYER! The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He leadeth me to lie down and do push-ups. He giveth me whole wheat bread. He restoreth my waist line. He leadeth me to pass the refridgeator for my own sake. He maketh me partake of the green beans instead of the potatoes. He leadeth me past the pizzeria. Yea though I walk thru the bakery, I shall not faulter, for thou art with me. The fiber and diet pop, they comfort me. Thou preparest a diet for me, in the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my lettuce with low fat dressing. My cup will not overflow. Surely equal and sweet n' low shall follow me all the days of my life. And I shall live with the pains of hunger forever. AMEN!

170 Pounds -  I have some health issues that I know will get better with each pound that I take off.  I want to be able to walk up and down stairs without falling.  So I am working out 5 days a week now. 





I have been Married for 20 years now.  My husband and I are working on our weight together and what a wonderful support that is.  We have 2 cats,  Frasier and Niles that are very spoiled and loved.
