In answer to your question I am trying for 2-3 lbs a week until New Years/ I was 217 on November 10th - hoping for 213-214 by end of month. The most I have ever lost in 1 month is 14lbs. Notice what minus 15 would be...yeah, so Onederland is calling...Nothing special about New year's it just would be a great way to start the New Year. Based on prior loss, I would anticipate hitting 199 on January 20th - so I thought - why not TRY HARDER. I won't eat less - I am very happy with my 1300-1600 calories a day, but I am not opposed to killing it in the gym to make up some extra ground...I am fit and capable of this degree of exercise, so I thought - you never know. If I don't make it - totally cool, I just do so much better when I have short term goals to help me focus and keep me out of the chocolate bowl... 3020 days ago

my doc thinks I might have carpal tunnel starting and it was compounded by an old neck injury. hence the brace and drugs approach. I had another night of sleep and am feeling much better. headed home and looking forward to the weekend. 3023 days ago
