My Goals:
Health of course.

My Program:
 I have been following a combination of the Spark program and Weight Watchers and have purchased equipment for my home. As well I attend hot yoga 3 days a week & have some great workouts online. I find that I get amazing support from Spark members, great ideas for recipes etc..and I like that with WW I only weigh in once a week-keeps me from worrying over daily fluctuations!

My name is Sandi.. I have a really good sense of humor and I love to talk! I have a stubborn streak that I wish I could say applies to strong will power, but it doesn't... :) I try to be very positive, but have my down moments like every single person... I want to be healthy-plain and simple..and feel good about myself again :)
