1. I will eat fish for one meal per week.
2. I will eat legumes every five days a week.
3. Remember those non-scale victories!
I live on the east coast and work full time in education. I have had a weight problem all my life. I lost seventy pounds with a commercial diet program in the nineties. I gained fifty pounds back. I turned to Sparkpeople which I like very much. I would like to lose another ...

Consistency and Motivation Program on SPARK Coach
I joined the 5% Challenge that begins on January 14, 2017.
I joined the Small Goals Commitment Challenge, July 2017.
I joined the 5% Challenge that begins on October 5, 2019..
I exercise at home and I belong to a gym. At home, I love indoor walking workouts. I do some strength training at home as well as at the gym. I like the variety!
June 2018 and 2019 Total knee replacement surgery.
