I have been slowly losing now for over a year. It is okay! I AM losing!!! To God be the Glory!

prior to 9/30/2014 built up to working out at least 20 min a day. Whether riding recumbent bike or yoga.
9/30/2014 I have lost 22 lbs now!!!!

1/9/2015 Back in the groove. Thank God! I am making adjustments to my eating habits. Eating red meat a lot less. Choosing the freggies. Loving these new habits! Loving life!

8/31/2015 I am officially 41 lbs. gone! And, I am in the Onederful club finally!!!! Hallelujah!!! I have not been under 200 lbs since July of 2004. This is a milestone. I recently bought new jeans at ON..size 14!!!! This is a moment of celebration in my life! Thank God for His strength!

4/29/2016 I am so thankful to be at the halfway point of this weight loss journey! 55lbs given away so far. 55 to go. Hallelujah!!!
1/16/2017 I haven't updated this in a while. Over the last year our lives have changed. I've lost more weight I've gained some back due to emotional eating??but working on getting rid of it. Our daughter was diagnosed with a birth defect of her heart and super ventricular tachycardia. She is 15. We have just now found this out. We all thought she was having panic attacks. No, it was the electricity of her heart not operating as it should??She is so strong and positive. I am believing God to help the medicine keep her in check. I have to trust Him otherwise I would live in fear for her all the time. For those who have teenagers, you know what life is like. We are very blessed with her and her brother who is 12. Life is good because everyone in this house knows where our strength comes from. Our strength comes from the Lord.
02/15/2018 It has been awhile since I wrote here. A lot has changed. I have had ACDF surgery to replace to discs. Our daughter went to Spain and loved it. Now, she is driving. Our son would like to bypass middle school--hard years. We have one new fur baby. Now we have xl, large, and xs dogs!
My weight has stayed within the same range. But, THIS IS THE YEAR! My Goal is to reach my ultimate goal weight by 12/31/2018! God will give me what I need to do it!

My Goals:
1. Time alone with God everyday.
2. Cardio 3x week/ walking/ strength 2x week
3. Track food everyday.
4. Drink atleast 8 cups of H2O everyday.
5. yoga everyday
6. Clean house everyday!
7. No chips and limit sugars to 3 times a week
7. Be encouraging!

My Program:
Eat low acidity and track everything that I eat.

Exercise more. If my mobility is limited that day, do something seated:)

Be an encourager and find encouragement with SP!

Other Information:
Full time wife and mom of two wonderful children. Our son is a football and baseball player at heart, but he plays other sports, too. Our daughter is in high school and wants to study Theology and Apologetics. She traveled to Spain and wants to travel more and do missions. My dh and I are enjoying more date nights and time alone. But, we cherish our family time with our children and fur babies!

I teach Sunday School to a adults. Also, I sing. I help with the youth actiivities at church, too. Love Mission work in our community!

We are very active with our friends and families!
