HHuston glad to have you on our team, it not easy when we have our life changed. It took me quite awhile to get beck my acceptance of my new lifestyle, one day I just reliezies that I could either accept it or fight it to the best of my ability. That is what I work for everyday. accident happen and I can't nor can you go back to before but I can go forward and be the best I am able to be, and so can you. I will keep you in my prayers. and remember acceptance not defeat. Pat

Thanks for the comment! i appreciate it! Congrats to you for starting sparks. I'm pretty new to it as well. As far as motivation to work out.. well i think you need to find it within yourself. Why do you want to work out? I asked myself this last december, after not working out for a year. I had recently got off my anti depressants, so at first i started working out purely for my sanity. I felt a lot happier after I worked out, physically and it gave me a sense of achompishment. i have to look at working out as a postive thing for my health, not getting into a size 0 (which will never happen :). I started out 3 days a week, 20-30 min of cardio. Start out small, and do things that are enjoyable for you, so you'll want to do it again! and don't forget to reward yourself for what you acomplish(mentally or with something tangable) and don't beat yourself up for skipping a day. Evey day is a NEW day! I hope that helps w/ the motivation! sorry it's such a long comment. i'll send ya a message next time! : ) Good luck and keep me posted!
