A brand new me....
So many things have changed since i joined spark...When I started I just had a vague notion that i wanted to lose weight. With no real plan. Today I eat better, exercise almost everyday and am a happier person.
I have lost 40 pounds :) and have another 40 to go, I am giving myself a year to do it. I have had so many ups and downs over the last year that I am planning for them this year

My program is basic - eat better more veggies, drink at least 9 glasses of water everyday, walk at least 1/2 hour a day and hike at least 1 hour a week.
