Day 1 of 21 day challenge
I have decided to do the Dr Oz 21 day thing and incorporate raw foods. I have been unsuccessful at eating 100% raw vegan. I just want to be healthy while eating mostly a plant based diet. A little fish, eggs, or some poultry might work for me. With gastroparesis animal protein is not an option and I dont really want to eat animals. The only cure for this stomach condition is the gastric bypass and I have seen alot of problems with this procedure. So I am going to try to do this on my own terms.
