Introduction Text My location is about 75 miles S.E. of Buffalo, NY, which is where I grew up and moved from in 1980 when I married a man from this area. I have been separated from him since 1999 and I have 2 grown children.

I'd like to lose a whole person and get back down to a normal weight again. I was once, but many physical problems and no support at home sent me to the fridge. Once I'm down to a normal weight, I hope to be able to get off most of the medication I take for arthritis and pain from fibromyalgia. My all-time high weight was 378 and I've taken off over 135 pounds on my own and with the help of Spark People. I still need to lose a lot more, but it will eventually come off.

I'm eating a high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet and using my Tony Little Ab Lounge Extreme and Urban Rebounder mini trampoline as often as my fibromyalgia, arthritis and badly healed broken ankle will allow.

I've learned to try and see the humor in every situation. If you don't, you'll go crazy. That comes from having children later in life. I'm 60 and my children are 27 and 29. Thank goodness they are independent and have moved out.

I'm a movie-holic. I've watched my favorites at least fifty times, some of them I think a hundred. I can't count the times I've watched Beverly Hills Cop, Princess Bride, Erin Brockovich, Rain Man, Uncle Buck, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
