    Welcome back - I see you have been with Sparkpeople for about 9 years but are now back. Glad you have returned.

    Suggestions for what it is worth

    1) Go to your sparkpage and put up a little more of what your journey looks like up to now - when you update it possibly put the date first with 'update' after so that members will no that you have done so

    2) Remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement and motivation there.

    3) Make use of the food tracker (and the exercise tracker) that spark has - it is an excellent tool to help with accountability

    Come to my Sparkpage and look for the group 'One Year of Making Healthy Lifestyle Changes' We are a small group that is very active - all members participate at least once per week and most are posting a lot more than that. So if you are needing encouragement and wanting more accountability AND are willing to participate at least once a week if not more this could be the group for you.

    If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 5 week challenge.

    Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team and will last 5 weeks this round. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.
