Hey my Name is Crystal, I am 31 years old I live in NW Washington state, My husband and I have been together for 15 years now... We are the proud parents of a 10 year old little girl, and a 4 year old little girl as well!! I have been over weight and unhealthy my entire adult life. I don't want to end up just another statistic, singing the woah is me about my genetics... I am going to do my absolute best to prevent Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. As of recent I lead a fairly active life and I am bound and determined to reach the goals I have set for myself. Is it frustrating to have to work so hard at it?? YES! I know all the sweat and tears will be worth it soon, because I AM WORTH IT! I can already feel a difference in my energy playing with my kids, Time to start fighting for myself instead of with myself!

Hey you! Sorry I've been MIA lately. There's just been a lot of stuff going on and it's been really hard lately. Things are also going to get worse. I've been trying to keep on track, but just had a few days with no ambition until I realized that the stuff that's going on is going to keep me from starting a family if I don't get back on track. And I want to start a family more than anything else in the world. I'm not going to let that be taken from me and my husband! I'm doing my best to push through this. Wish me luck! Oh, and I did lose 1.4lbs. I weighed in on Tuesday. I'm glad to hear that you're doing really good! Keep me updated, I like hearing how you're getting along :) What's bodyflow yoga btw? So excited that you like it! You go girl! :D

Oh, and what color are we gonna be? And no worries on not losing any weight. You did gain either, so that's good! Next week will be a loss for sure! :D

I sure DON'T have a partner for the BLC group yet! YAY, we're partners again! What color did you want to be? I'm really looking forward to this challenge. Did I tell you that I was also in the January Jumpstart Workout Challenge? I'm pretty excited about that too, but it'll help keep me focused in January!

Glad to hear that you done well with eating yesterday! That's awesome! Your goals sound great btw. Definitely do-able! You CAN do it!!! I can't wait for the both of us to be in ONEderland again! Did you make it to the gym last night? I agree, staying at home to workout has waaaaay too many distractions! All my husband wants to do is watch tv online. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to watch tv....but hours and hours of it can get me feeling really antsy. Like I have to jump up and do something...anything!

Today I got in 30 mins of Tae Bo and the Day 5 toning video for the JJWC. I'm feeling the effects of working out and I'm loving it. A little sore, but a good sore!

Hope you're having a great day today!

Way to go on getting to the gym last night! Go you! emoticon And that's awesome on all the cardio that you got in, plus the weights! I'm proud of you girlie! I don't think that your first goal is petty at all. Go for it! And what is your goal weight for August? That sounds awesome that your aiming for a good bathing suit weight though! My first small goal is to get to 199lbs, so that I can be back in One-derland. I haven't been in the 1's for a looooooong time now. I can't even remember what it feels like! My Long-term goal is to get to 180. My husband and I want to start our family and I thought that 180 would be a good weight to start. We were to have already started by now, but my weight is not where I want it to be. I'm hoping that I get to my goal weight by the end of March. Wish me luck! And Amen on the new beginnings, we can do this! emoticon

Hey you! Glad to hear from you! I thought that I was doing good just before Christmas (and I was), but that didn't last long. That's why I was down in the dumps. I was so pissed off at myself! I completely agree, Christmas goodies are my worst enemy as well! They should be outlawed! Are you able to get to the gym at all? I've just started doing Tae Bo again. I'm also in the January Jumpstart Workout Challenge...it's kicking my ass, but I love it! We can do this though hun! emoticon

Hey you! Thanks for the Spark Goodie! It's a great reminder to keep at it even with Christmas around the corner! emoticon On an exciting note, I met my 8lb loss Christmas challenge goal yesterday! I'm sooooo excited!!! I know, I used to find it hard to put back the chocolate, or to not finish it or whatnot. I don't know what's changed, other than my thinking that I can have what I want, when I want and I'm not going to feel guilty about it as it's a lifestyle change...not a diet! I really think that that's been my main motivator. So how are you getting along with not eating anywhere's but at the table? That's a really good thing to do! My husband and I haven't ate at the table for years...it's something that I'd like to get onto doing though! And you're exactly right, eating anywhere's else leads to mindless eating, especially infront of the tv! Oye Vay! WTG on getting in the 20 mins of exercise! That's awesome! You can definitely lose 10lbs by New Years Eve! Believe and you can achieve! I've set my tracker for 199. It'll be great to be back in the 100's again!!! Good luck hun! You can do it!
