Unfortunately, I allowed myself to go way off track. I had gained back all but three pounds of the almost forty I lost. My lowest weight was on September 30, 2017.
I've instituted a new plan. My newly resurrected eating plan seems to be working. I know that I may have to track my food every day for the rest of my life to maintain the weight loss I desire. That's a lot to wrap my brain around; but first steps first.

An irony in my life is that I don't exercise enough even though I enjoy exercising. If I can exercise and control what I eat there will be no stopping me...

My Goals:
I will achieve an"active" weight. At this weight, I will be healthy, and no longer have to take blood-pressure medicine.
My Program:
I will reach my goal weight by training myself to eat a "normal" amount of food. I currently eat 1650 to 2000 calories a day. This way, I will avoid the rebound effects of drastically changing my diet after reaching my goal weight. I am also increasing, not only my exercise, but general activity.
Personal Information:
I have struggled for years being a weight elevator (up and down, up and down) because I don't/can't recognize when I'm full.
Other Information:
I like fruits and vegetables.

Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread, and pumpkin pie. Jim Davis
