Introduction Text Hello everyone! I'm Heidi aka Hide - I've been off the map recently but am trying to get back into the groove! Lost my way a bit due to family stress - OMG who needs the drama??? But I'm back and making every attempt to be good and continue on my way in a positive mode!

I want to get healthy and STAY that way! I've been working out but evidently need some diet adjustment as well to get my bum in gear!

I'm going to Gold's Gym every other day (trying too) and watching what I'm eating.

I live in sunny Pennsylvania! I am trained to do Reiki and work on my family and friends until I can get my Masters. I'm presently researching and expanding my knowledge of essential oils.

I have 2 grandbabies that I adore spending time with, a granddog I have yet to meet in person, a grandcat that currently lives with me and a wonderful man that makes me very happy.
