    Hey Audre, I see that you seem to be doing great on your goal! Good For you! I noticed what you said about perhaps having to start running to keep losing more weight. That is exactly where I am. I have stalled for about 2 weeks now and have finally decided that it may be time to start running!! Ugh!!
    I have to telling that after I read your post about the 5 lb bag of almonds, I was laughing so hard!! America is just so different and people never see it unless they leave for awhile. All of my civilian friends think I am crazy!! LOL
