Wow...what happened? I had lost about 40 lbs on Weight Watchers, life happened and I had to quit. Then, it seemed, I quit on myself too. I found myself back here after taking care of everyone else except myself, decided I'd take care of me for a change. Heavier than when I started last year and so tired of struggling with this weight issue...Time to be good to me.

 I'm concentrating on cutting out my breads and sugars, a low-carb plan essentially. My system seems to respond a little better to this type of eating as I suspect I have a gluten sensitivity (as does my Mom).
